Southend forward joins Ebbsfleet

Norman Wabo has joined Ebbsfleet United on loan until the end of the season. The 19-year-old forward has made three senior appearances for Southend in League One as a substitute, also notching 16 goals in 17 games for the under-23s. Fleet manager Daryl McMahon described Wabo as a “bright prospect” when speaking to the club’s website.

Barrow sign Waterston

Workington Reds forward Nathan Waterston has completed a move to Barrow after the Reds allowed him to take up an opportunity that boss Lee Andrews described as “too good not to take”. Waterston has scored 10 goals in 33 games so far this season.

Shots extend keeper’s loan

Aldershot have extended the loan deal of Lewis Ward to keep the goalkeeper at the club until the end of the current National League season. 21-year-old Ward has made 17 appearances for the Shots so far, having initially joined the club on a two-month loan in November. He will also be eligible for any play-off matches, should the club make the top seven.
