A roundup of three news stories that you might have missed this week!
O’s return for former winger
Leyton Orient have brought former Reading winger, Jobi McAnuff, back for a second spell at the club.
The 35-year-old joins the recently relegated club after leaving League Two side Stevenage at the end of the 2016/17 season. A year that saw him contribute four goals in 31 appearances.
He has become the clubs tenth signing of the close season and will work alongside head coach Steve Davis and director of football Martin Ling.
Defender rejoins Gulls
Bournemouth defender Jordan Lee has joined Torquay United for a second time on a loan spell until January.
The 20-year-old appeared for Kevin Nicholson’s side 10 times last season as they narrowly escaped relegation – scoring one goal in the process.
The player has, so far, made just two FA cup appearances for his parent club.
Wrexham attract rival’s defender
Wrexham have persuaded Halifax defender Kevin Roberts to join the club from their National League rivals.
Roberts, 27, played his part last season as Halifax won promotion to this division – just a year after they were relegated to the National League North.
He began his career with Chester City before joining Cambridge United and Brackley Town on loan.
