Macclesfield Town are pleased to announce that the Silkmen Campaign Fund has raised over £21,000 towards John Askey’s playing budget.
Boosted by a generous contribution of £10,000 by one donor and £5,000 from senior figures within the Football Club and Life Presidents, as well as a £1,000 donation from the Silkmen Supporters Trust, the funds helped to facilitate the signings of Nathan Blissett, Callum Evans and Adam Dugdale earlier in January.
In order to allow more supporters to consider contributing to the Silkmen Campaign Fund, we have decided to extend the deadline for pledges.
The new deadline for Silkmen fans to make their contribution is Friday February 16th.
Don’t forget that should the Silkmen achieve promotion from the National League at the end of this season, then any contributor, will on presentation of their certificate, have their pledge refunded plus the same amount again as a thank you for their support. So, by way of an example a donation of £25 will result in £50 being returned.
Contributions are welcomed immediately and can be arranged by contacting the Football Club either in person at the main reception or by calling 01625 264686 and speaking to Caroline Hall.
- Opportunity is limited to donations totaling £50,000.00, in multiples of £25.00
- Opportunity closes at 5pm on Friday Februry 16th.
- If applicable, repayment will only be payable to the individual named on the certificate
