Macclesfield Town continued their tour of the town with the National League trophy this morning with a visit to Weston Park Care Home.
Residents at the care home, which is part of the Capital Care Group, were able to have their photo with the National League trophy.
Management of the home also welcomed having the picture with the trophy Daren Carnwell(Capital Care Group Regional Manager)Craig Barlow(Quality Assurance Office(Capital Care Group)Heather Fleary(Matron) all got their photo with trophy and the Capital Care Group CEO Manjeet Rai was delighted to be able to see the cup pay the home a visit.
Manjeet commented: “It’s really important for us to be able to give our residents these enjoyable experiences and this sort of visit really helps with that.
“The trophy certainly brought a smile to the face of not only our residents but our staff too and we’re grateful for the visit.
“Everybody at Weston Park Care Home was so pleased to see the Football Club return to the EFL and we look forward to another successful season for John and the team next year.”
