Looking After Your Mental Health During The Coronavirus Pandemic

In these surreal and unprecedented times, the whole country must act in order to prevent the spread of Coronavirus.
The Government have introduced measures which are designed to limit the transmission of the virus which - largely centre on social distancing. 
Whilst these new initiatives must be obeyed, they do create very real problems for many people in terms of accentuating mental health problems.
It is a worrying time for everyone, yet nobody needs to feel alone.
The EFL's charity partner, Mind have released a helpful guide in terms of keeping mentally well during the pandemic and we would urge everyone to find the time to have a read through it.
But more than anything, we implore you all to seek other ways of maintaining forms of social contact through these uncertain times. Sometimes a text message, phone call or video call to someone who is struggling will have profound effects.
Let's all stay safe, keep smiling and help each other as much as we possibly can.
