Silkmen Under 19s "A" Put Nine Past Shrewsbury

30 January 2020

The Silkmen u19 'A' side continued their fine inaugural season with a comfortable victory against Shrewsbury Town to make it eleven wins out of eleven.
The hosts led at half-time by just the solitary goal, after a calmly placed set piece was slotted home by captain Sean Holland.
A much improved second half saw the A team come away comfortable and deserved winners with an emphatic second half of relentless one way traffic on the Town goal.
Further goals came from Tyler James (4), Tyler Beck (2) Liam Logan and Connor Seymour.
Next up is Nottingham Forest 'A', in an eagerly awaited quarter-final of the EFL CEFA Cup on Wednesday
