The Silkmen are back on the road again tomorrow evening, as we travel to Cheltenham Town. If you’re making the trip to The Jonny-Rocks Stadium, we’ve gathered everything you need to know in our latest instalment of Away Day Blues!

About the Ground:
The Jonny-Rocks Stadium, formerly known as Whaddon Road, has been home to Cheltenham Town since 1932 however the stadium had to wait until 1999 to get its first taste of league football. In 2018, the ground was renamed in a three-year sponsorship deal with Jonny-Rocks, a Gloucestershire chauffeur & executive car service. The Stadium has a relatively modern feel with the Colin Farmer Stand and the Hazlewood’s Stand being opened in 2001 and 2005 respectively. Silkmen fans will be situated behind one of the goals in the covered Hazelwood Stand for the game.

Ambulant disabled (receiving middle or higher rate disability allowance) pay the standard rate for their age bracket, with one complimentary carer ticket if required.
Wheelchair users receive a complimentary carer ticket.
Please note that Macclesfield Town are not in possession of any advance tickets for this fixture – with the matchday prices mirroring those of the above.
Silkmen fans are advised that sales on the turnstile will be on a cash only basis.
The Jonny-Rocks Stadium does offer car parking however spaces must be booked in advance by calling 01242 573 558. The parking charge is £5.
In addition to this, the nearby Parklands Social Club offers parking for a sum of £4 and it can be found at the postcode GL52 5PR. The Social Club is a short 0.2 km walk to the ground.
Food and Drinks
The Jonny-Rocks Stadium has no restaurants next to the ground however it is expected that burger vans will be dotted around the perimeter of the stadium. Around a mile away from the stadium is Cheltenham town centre which has a McDonalds, Burger King and a Tesco which can be reached after a 20-minute walk.
For Silkmen fans who wish to enjoy a pre-match pint, the stadium plays host to the Robins Nest bar which will allow a small number of Macc fans for a £1 admittance fee. As well as offering parking spaces, the Parklands Social Club will allow away fans in for a drink alongside the Cheltenham faithful.
