Our National League title-winning season of last year is one which none of us will ever forget.
We all have a favourite memories, but we are now giving everyone the opportunity to own a priceless piece of Silkmen memorabilia by launching a unique auction.
After hearing that Macclesfield Town fanatic Andrew Lamont was taking part in this year's Mind United: Peak District Challenge, Elliott Durrell was quick to support this epic feat and has donated a pair of his title-winning boots to support Andrew in his quest.
Elliott stated -
"When I heard about Andrew talking on this challenge in aid of Mind, I immediately wanted to lend a hand.
"The signed boots will no doubt be a collectors item for the Silkmen fans and I really do hope that they help Andrew raise a lot of money for such an important charity.
"In addition to this, I'll be more than happy to present the auction winner with the boots on the pitch prior to one of our forthcoming home games."
Media Manager Bob Trafford also commented -
"The whole club is behind Andrew's journey, as he represents Macclesfield Town in this inspiring challenge.
"We are all so grateful to Elliott for donating these boots in order to help raise as much money as we can for Mind - a charity which is close to my own heart, as well as many of our loyal supporters.
"The club is committed to doing everything we can to raise mental health awareness and help break the stigma - this is a wonderful part of our campaign and one which we fully support."
To stand a chance of winning this very special piece of Silkmen memorabilia, please send your bid amount to firstname.lastname@example.org
The boots are size 6.5 and we will be providing regular updates on this throughout the course of the next week - before the auction closes at 17:00 on Friday 29th March.
