We continue our fans feature by focussing on a recent addition to the Silkmen family, who has quickly developed a deeply held passion for the club - Andrew Galloway.
I first came down to the Moss Rose around eighteen months ago and it wasn't really to watch the team, it was to volunteer at the club.
I had previously been to see the dentist and in order to dilute my anxiety, he asked me a few questions about where I worked. At the time I wasn't in full time employment and told him that I would be more than happy to volunteer somewhere to help me get some work experience.
At which point, the dentist put his drill to one side and started talking to me about a guy called Andy Worth who does a lot of volunteering at the Football Club.
I didn't really think about it straight away, but a few weeks later I thought that I would put my name forward and see if anything came of it.
Within a matter of days I came down to the Moss Rose to meet Gary Lewis, who was the Head Groundsman at the time.
I must admit that I was a bit nervous as I didn't really know anyone at the club, but Gary welcomed me with open arms.
From that very first day I knew that Macclesfield Town was the place I wanted to be. Everyone was so friendly and they took me in as one of their own from day one.
I was only meant to come in one day a week, but I soon got the Silkmen buzz and found that I was coming down to the ground most days.
I was mainly doing basic maintenance work and helping sort out all the litter after games had been played, but even during those early days I felt a real sense of belonging.
As a result, I started to come down to watch the team play and I could not have picked a better season to start watching the club!
We were all united together and I experienced some of the best days of my life travelling up and down the country with my newly-found friends.
One of the best days was the trip down to Woking on Easter Monday - what a game that was!
I remember sitting on the coach on the way home, trying to understand what I had just witnessed. It was undoubtedly one of those occasions which will remain etched into my heart forever.
Last season was been a rollercoaster of a ride, although I was convinced that Sol would be able to save us from relegation back to the National League.
Since his arrival, I saw us all pull together once more and show that fighting spirit which brought so much success twelve months ago.
Even though I also work on a farm now, I still come down to the ground most days to help out where I can and I still enjoy all the banter which goes with it!
Although I have only been part of the club for a very small amount of time compared to many, I really do feel at home here and I am really looking forward to being a devoted Silkmen fan for many years to come.
