Our Media Manager, Bob Trafford was trawling through the town this morning as the latest batch of match posters was launched.
Over 75 posters were distributed this morning alone and with many more to follow, we really are turning the town blue as part of our EFL fight.
Speaking to the official site, Bob stated -
"The town have been brilliant in supporting our EFL fight. Every single business we went into were more than happy to promote our games and we are incredibly grateful for that.
"Although it is incredibly difficult to quantify precisely, last week's attendance of 2092 would seem to indicate that our campaign is having a positive effect and we must give this everything we have until the end of the season.
"We will be putting all those who are displaying our posters into a draw to win four match tickets before each home game as our way of saying a very small thank you to those who are supporting us. The Brewers Arms were our guests for the Crewe Alexandra game, and this was followed by The Weston Bakery joining us for last week's match against Colchester United.
"There is no doubt that the whole town is behind our EFL survival battle and seeing more and more Silkmen fans come through the turnstiles could well prove to be critical in how the story ends".
