New Season, New Faces, New Kit

Macclesfield Town have this evening revealed their new Umbro home and away kits for the 2017/18 season with both shirts on sale now.

The new 2017/18 shirts certainly catch the eye. Donning the famous Arighi Bianchi logo once again, lucky fans got the first glimpse of the new shirts at a special evening at the Moss Rose.

The style behind the new looks has been created to echo the past, alongside modern detailing. The Club’s iconic blue and white have been brought to life in the home shirt whilst the away kit features striking red and black stripes as voted by supporters in an online poll earlier this year.

The strips also feature the Palletower logo on the rear of the shirt and the SK Distribition logo on the shorts.

Supporters also got a glimpse of the new home goalkeepers shirt at the special evening.

Speaking ahead of the kit launch, Associate Director Andy Scott said: “We’re delighted with the new shirts.  Once again I owe a massive thanks to the team at Umbro for working ever so hard to produce these fabulous jerseys that we are certain will prove immensely popular with supporters.

“Umbro were delighted with the exposure they received following our success in the FA Cup and FA Trophy last season and hopefully we can have more success in the forthcoming season.

“Of course we thank Arighi Bianchi for their continued support of the Football Club. Their logo will take pride of place on the front of the shirt for a second season and we look forward to enjoying another fruitful partnership over the coming 12 months. We also thank Palletower and SK Distribution for their continued support.”

The new shirts are on sale now priced at £40 for adults and £35 for juniors. Initial stock is limited so please act fast or risk disappointment.

We will also soon be taking delivery of a range of new training and leisurewear.  Stay tuned to mtfc.co.uk for news of that in the coming weeks.

Supporters can see a gallery of images of the new kit below. The images were taken as Scott Wilson, Ryan Lloyd and Shwan Jalal paid a visit to main sponsor Arighi Bianchi.
