Ticket sales to Stockport fans for Saturday's local derby have been brisk, and it is now predicted that the Hatters following will number between 1500 and 2000 but will not exceed the 2300 capacity assigned to them. All supporters with tickets will be accommodated in the away section of the McAlpine Stand and the Silkmen Terrace.

Following consultation with Cheshire Constabulary today it has been agreed that the London Road Paddock North, previously assigned to County ticket holders for the game, will be made available to away supporters who travel to Macclesfield without tickets and therefore wish to pay on the gate.
