It is not only FA Cup tickets that have been snapped by fans visiting the Moss Rose in the past week. The club shop has seen a steady trade with fans keen to ensure they will be wearing their club colours for the visit of the Everton in eight days time.

And one of the most popular items has been specially designed scarf that commerorates our meeting with David Moyes' men. The high quality garment is on sale now and costs just £10.

"The new scarf has proved very popular," explained commercial manager Penny Baguley (pictured here with Gareth White and Ellie Thomason). "We are aware that unofficial merchandise is on sale around the town. But the chances are these will be of poor quality, and we'd urge anyone wanting to purchase items to do so from the official sources."

The club shop will be open on Saturday (27th Dec) and both before and after the game with Chester City on Sunday, and between 9.30am and 4pm (Mon, Tues and Friday) and of course the day of the Everton game.
