The community sports/events hall has the capability of providing for a wide range of sports including indoor football, badminton, basketball, cricket practice, gymnastics, martial arts, volleyball, netball and wrestling.
The Hall is also designed to be suitable for a range of cultural and community activities. It is intended that the floor is suitable for exhibition vehicles. It is intended that in addition to the sporting activities the hall will be promoted for a regular calendar of events such as Theatre, boxing nights, choral evenings, music and dance, local exhibitions and conferences. These activities are essential to suppliment the revenue cost of running the project.
A community cafe is planned to act both as a foyer for the theatre/multi purpose hall and to act as a matchday facility for supporters when it will replace the current temporary portakabin social club. It is planned that the community cafe will be open through the week.

SECOND FLOOR
1 Existing Terrace (Not connected)
2 Sports / Presentation Hall with retractable screen
3 Meeting / Classroom
4 Incubator Units
5 W.C.
A suite of consulting/classrooms is planned for the upper levels of the hall. This is intended to expand the education and training activities of the club which have been consolidated by the IT Skills Training Room. At other clubs such rooms are used for health/doctors consultancies and for basic education such as numeracy and literacy teaching. For example, at Leyton Orient, the local Education Authority have referred truants to the Football Club and generated a sucessful service.Incubator Units are targeted at start-up business ventures. This demand is similar to that fulfilled by Ventrue House. Secretarial support, computers, faxes and meeting rooms are provided as a part of a common pool to the emerging businesses. Technical and training support isprovided in the suite of classrooms. This type of facility will be targeted initially at residents of South Macclesfield.
THIRD FLOOR
1 New Stand - 793 seats
2 Corporate Hospitality - 3350sq ft
3 W.C.
The hospitality suite will function on match days as a bar/resturant but at other times will be available for conference use. It is anticipated that this will mainly be used by the incubator businesses and club sponsors. The new stand will offer a further 793 covered seats. These will be used by the matchdat guests in the hospitality area as well as the general public. This, added to the cover afforded to the existing terrace means that this would become a 'Home' end. Away supporters would then be housed in the Star Lane End.
