Nick was given his first professional contract in April 2007, after a string of impressive displays for the Macclesfield Town youth team. After making his league debut against Accrington the lanky centre forward's hope of regular first team football was dashed by a pre-season injury that kept him out of action for several months.Although unable to force his way into the first team Nick did score his first professional goal in the Silkmen's 1-1 home draw with Dagenham & Redbridge and will be looking to add to that tally this season.
