Jordan started his career at Stockport County where he made his Football League debut when County travelled to Milton Keynes in March 2005. The young midfielder then moved to Macclesfield Town where he played numerous games with the Youth Team before signing a professional contract. A tough tackling, no-nonsense midfielder with a big engine Hadfield was a regular feature in his first year at Moss Rose scoring his first goal in Silkmen colours and was rewarded with a further two years on his contract. He was however to spend almost all of last season out on loan, linking up with previous boss Paul Ince at the MK Dons. He returned to the Moss Rose in the summer and will be looking to quickly re-establish himself in the Silkmen colours.
