The Moss Rose is ready and waiting for the first home match of the new npower Football League season this afternoon.

With the weather set to be fine and dry all day and the playing surface in it's usual excellent condition ahead of the game, we are looking forward to an entertaining game of football between two sides who have been free-scoring in their opening two fixtures.

Kick off is at 3.00pm as the Silkmen face Shrewsbury but Keith's Bar will be open from 11.30 for a few pre-match drinks, food and the early afternoon Premier League game.
