Richard Butcher has been recalled to Lincoln City after coming to the end of his month loan spell with the Silkmen.

The player, who has scored twice in eight matches during his month with the Silkmen is expected to return to the Imps squad for tonight's home match with Hereford United.

The Silkmen had been interested in extending the player's loan but injuries in the Lincoln City side have meant that they felt he was needed at Sincil Bank..
