What is on offer in this evening's Macclesfield Town matchday magazine.*
Keith Alexander - "The weather clearly has impacted on not just the footballing programme but life in general. Much as it makes for a picturesque scene, personally I will be glad to see the back of the snow and the return to a bit of normality. It has certainly been a frustrating time and the worst I have ever known it. I can't remember the last time we trained on grass and of course we haven't been able to get out their on the park for close to three weeks now."
Mike Rance - "The last couple of weeks have been a bit of a nightmare for everyone involved in football at our level. At the Moss Rose it's been a real battle against the elements; not just on the pitch but all around the ground. Simply keeping the place intact in the face of the inevitable pipe bursts and freezing temperatures has been a full time job and I'd really like to thank all the staff at the club and the many volunteers who've helped out. Their commitment has been immense."
Oppo Intro - "After a stuttering start to their campaign, Northampton Town are just starting to produce the sort of form which shows why their were touted as being one of the pre-season promotion favourites as they aim to return to League One at the first time of asking."
Opposition Fans Eye View - "I believe that with recent results and the additions we have made so far in January, we will have a strong finish to the season but it may be too late and I think we will narrowly miss out on the play-offs."
Ben Wright - "It was a tough start to my career at the club. As a striker I know I am measured by the number of goals I score. So to have to wait until December for my first goal was disappointing. I don't think it's affected my play but inevitably there was more pressure as each game passed."
40 Years On - "It was an inauspicious start in the FA Trophy for the Silkmen as injuries and a bout of flu in the camp had struck down no fewer than nine of the club's 15 man squad ahead of the First Round match."
