Draper Fee Agreed
Macclesfield Town have agreed a fee to bring highly rated Hednesford Town midfielder Ross Draper to the Moss Rose.
The 20 year old midfield player, who has been interesting other clubs in League Two, played 50 times for the Pitmen in all competitions last season, scoring nine goals.
After a number of impressive performances in pre-season, Draper was given the captain's armband whilst still just 19.

The decision was justified, as the Pitmen chased the play-offs with Draper driving the team forward on the back of a number of commanding displays. The player showed that he had talent and the ability to play at the higher level that this move will give him.
The six foot four midfielder began his career at Shrewsbury where he was a regular for their youth and Reserve sides before leaving the club in 2007 to join Stafford Rangers. Starting that season as an 18-year-old, he made 27 Blue Square Premier starts for Rangers with a further four appearances from the bench.
