Keith's Reaction
"What can I say? We were so good in the week, it was the same players and that's the problem. Going from Wednesday to that is not good enough.
"I'll sit down and watch the video of the game a few times over the weekend and see where we can make changes because our performance obviously wasn't acceptable. We were brilliant in the week in terms of effort and keeping our shape and then we go and concede six which is beyond me.
"For the first goal we got done out wide and not to use it as any excuse I think they scored four wonderful goals and a penalty but we haven't had a proper shot.
"I was worried about us in every department today, it beggars belief really. And I've got to do something about it.
"With Jamie (Tolley) and Clayton (McDonald) coming off we had to make changes while keeping our shape and at times I think that's what we've been good at.I've been in the game a long while and to concede six at home is bitterly disappointing.
"Again I'm disappointed not to score - goals win games - we score in the week at a place like that and I thought we'd take that into today's game. I'm not one to panic, as disappointed as I am with the performance and obviously the result.
"The supporters have a right to boo and say what they want to say because this team needs to do better than it's doing.
"Before the West Ham game we hadn't performed particularly well and we said we'd give the players a chance to put things right, I think they all did that. Now after today some of them have had enough chances and we'll try and have a look at one or two others on Tuesday but there are some positions where we don't have too much cover so that will dictate some of the changes we make.
"The players are professionals and should have pride in their performance and the job they are doing and they need to go out and play and show me that.
"The chairman isn't happy, I'm not happy, and I hope the players are not happy. I know the supporters aren't, they pay their money and want to see their team win.
"If I'm honest the supporters have been very good. They've had nothing to watch in the home games and if you lose football matches like that then you expect to be jeered.I'm big enough to take that on the chin though. We aren't playing well, I expect people to have a go at me which some are, and it's up to me to turn things around and I think I'm more than capable of doing that."
