Keith Alexander today joined up again with Paul Morgan who joins us on a season long loan from Bury. The pair first worked together in 2001, when the defender moved from Preston North End to Lincoln City where he went on to enjoy a six year spell during which time he amassed over 200 games for the Imps.

Paul moved to Gigg Lane last summer, joining up again with Keith and made 22 appearances for the Gigg Lane outfit.

"Paul is a quality professional who has extensive experience of football at this level," explained Keith. "I am delighted to get him here on a season long loan in time for the start of the league campaign and I am sure he will be a vital member of the squad over the coming months."
