Following the recent success of our comedy and music nights we have been busy getting a few more dates in the diary, together with plans for the 2009 Silkmen Golf Day.
COMEDY NIGHT
The Silkmen present another hilarious night of comedy with The Comedy Club at Macclesfield Town FC on Thursday 2nd April 09. Sit back and enjoy 3 top comedians from the prestigious UK comedy circuit at the MTFC's McIllroy Suite and prepare to laugh all night long.
It's over 18s only and tickets cost just £10 (with a buffet available for a further £5). Doors open at 7:30pm, with all the fun starting at 9pm.
ROCK AT THE MOSS
The Virginmarys are set to return to the McIlroy Suite after their recent successful sell out gig at the club. Saturday 28th March 2009 is the date for the diary and tickets are on sale now.
Tickets cost just £6, which includes support band Black Bart, and a great night is guaranteed. And as with the comedy night a buffet is available for an extra £5.

SILKMEN GOLF DAY
Mottram Hall is the venue for the 2009 Silkmen Golf Day on Thursday 23rd April 2009. Set in splendid parkland surrounds it is widely regarded as one of the best courses in the region, and at over 7000 yards long it presents a tough challenge.
Places are limited with a shotgun start taking place late morning. Entry costs just £250 for a team of four and the golf will be followed by a meal and presentation of some fabulous prizes.
