Macclesfield Town will join forces with the MAST scanner appeal for an open day at the Moss Rose on Saturday 31st July after the Silkmen's home match with Rhyl.

MAST was established as an independent charity 17 years ago by a patient to raise money for the hospital's first CT Scanner.

Since then the charity has raised well over £2,000,000 to provide numerous items for the benefit of patients. Without MAST many hospital departments would not have this vitally needed new equipment which it was not possible to provide from the NHS funding budget.

And the appeal are currently working to raise £150,000 by the end of the year to buy new digital scanning equipment.

As well as your chance to meet and greet with the Silkmen squad and management the Moss Rose will also be hosting a human table football tournament, laser clay pigeon shooting and other stalls and activities on the day.
